Samokatus Hotels

Rixos Downtown Antalya is a centrally located urban resort praised for warm, attentive staff (many guests name employees), heated pools and sweeping sea–Taurus Mountain views. Reviews repeatedly note excellent entertainment, plentiful all‑inclusive options and easy access to the promenade and The Land of Legends; rooms are clean but somewhat dated and elevators can be slow.

Set in a short walk from Aix’s old town, Grand Hôtel Roi René earns consistent praise for friendly, helpful staff, a generous breakfast buffet and a pleasant pool terrace. Renovations have refreshed many public areas and some rooms, but reviews show a mix of recently upgraded terrace rooms and older rooms with uneven maintenance. Good on service and location; expect variable room standards and occasional queues at reception.

Housed in a beautifully restored historical building that once served as a woodwork mastercraft shop and chocolate factory, Boutet Bastille Hotel offers 80 stylish rooms and suites. Guests can unwind in a superb wellness area boasting an indoor heated pool, sauna, and steam room under a magnificent glass roof. Located in Paris's vibrant 11th arrondissement, it perfectly balances chic industrial heritage with intimate boutique hospitality.

Set in a lush garden right by the Kordon waterfront, this historic five-star hotel features a massive outdoor pool, a world-class spa, and museum-quality modern art installations. While it offers spacious rooms and an exceptional breakfast buffet, guests often face hidden fees for basic amenities and street noise in city-facing rooms.
