New York

Set in the heart of hip Williamsburg, The William Vale boasts striking modern architecture and stunning floor-to-ceiling skyline views from every room's private balcony. While its rooftop bar Westlight and Italian restaurant Leuca are major local hotspots, guests frequently encounter slow service and operational bottlenecks. It remains a visually spectacular choice for those seeking Brooklyn's energetic nightlife.

An iconic hotel on Central Park South, Park Lane New York delivers some of the best park views in the city. While its whimsical, remodeled rooms and friendly door staff charm many, others point out inconsistent service and aging technical facilities. It serves as a more affordable, highly scenic alternative to neighboring ultra-luxury hotels.

Situated directly opposite the New York Public Library and Bryant Park, Andaz 5th Avenue stands out for its remarkably large rooms with high ceilings and excellent walk-in showers. While the central Manhattan location and complimentary lobby drinks are major highlights, recent guests express disappointment over a persistent sewer smell in the lobby and the relocation of breakfast to a dark basement bar.
