Castille Paris – Starhotels Collezione is a charming 5-star boutique hotel perfectly situated in the 1st arrondissement, adjacent to the flagship Chanel boutique. It blends refined French elegance with warm Italian hospitality, offering highlights like an open-air courtyard and a daily breakfast chocolate fountain. However, while suites are spacious, entry-level rooms are notably small and show some wear.

The Ritz‑Carlton Beijing (China Central Place) is a service‑driven luxury hotel beside high‑end malls and minutes from Dawanglu metro. Guests repeatedly single out individual staff members for outstanding care, and rooms are spacious and spotless though some decor shows age.

Set in a grand Art Deco building in Paris's prestigious 8th arrondissement, Hotel du Collectionneur features a stunning internal garden and design inspired by 1930s transatlantic liners. While its location near Parc Monceau and the Champs-Élysées is exceptional, its room upkeep and service consistency can be hit-or-miss for a 5-star property.
